TSim

CLI for simulating/fitting TREPR spectra of triplet states

A module for the MATLAB®-based trEPR toolbox for simulating spectra of spin-polarised triplet states.

The module provides a user-friendly interface for simulations as well as fittings of simulations to experimental data. For the actual simulation it relies on EasySpin and in particular the pepper routine.
